Annie got a Buddy!

After I got Annie, I felt guilty about not getting her a buddy. When I'd done research on chinchillas, I noticed that they are social creatures and I felt bad that she was so lonely. So I decided to get her a buddy (one that could possibly result in babies!) That was when I found Wolke (which by the way is pronounced Volka). I named him Wolke because that is German for cloud and Wolke is so fluffy and white; it just fit! Unlike Annie when I first got her, Wolke didn't mind coming out of his cage and was way more friendly, although Wolke hated being petted. He would back up and use his little paws to push my hand away. It's cute, but irritating. It could be his personality or it could be that he wasn't used to me yet. Annie didn't like being petted in the beginning either, but she would just run away, not push me away. Wolke still hates being petted to this day.
